- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Omg! This is the worst dentist office ever. I made a call in mid September for a Oct 21 appointment at 11:15 am. When I arrived for my appointment i was told that I missed it because it was scheduled at 8:30 am. Ms. Nancy at the front explains to me that she called and confirmed on the day before she also said she left a voicemail. I was really confused because I never received a miss call or a voicemail on my phone. So I left upset and disappointed knowing that I was not valued as a customer. My husband called and complained he also ask for a manager to get me rescheduled but the response to that was there was not a manager on duty and I would have to wait a week or so for another appointment. We are waiting on the call back from the manager. So I remain in pain and now i have to find another dental office because basically my appointment that I made prior to coming in was not honoured.January 14, 2017by Meyaka White
