  Holy hell! The employees in here are incredibly nice, however, that does not make up for the piss poor service. I sat in the drive through 20 MINUTES without so much as a hello! They helped the car in front of us and just never came back. We ran the bell (which does work contrary to the sign next to it) and honked our horn repeatedly, before giving up and going inside where we waited another 15-20 minutes just to be spoken to! Don't get me wrong, they seemed busy, but there were 4-5 workers in there and none of them looked like they had any idea what they were doing. Politeness till only get you so far; I need SERVICE too. Will not return.
